From Player to Page

School Delivery

Bring From Player to Page into your school. Our literacy-aligned gaming sessions are designed to engage reluctant readers and writers, spark discussion, and engender a love of literacy in young people

What's Involved

Each session uses a carefully chosen video game as a springboard for literacy activities. Students explore narrative, character, setting, and theme through gameplay footage, discussion, and writing tasks — all while still enjoying the game and the story it tells.

  • Engaging multimedia presentation using game footage and imagery
  • Guided discussion around story, character, and theme
  • Literacy tasks tailored to the session's focus game
  • Flexible format — can be delivered as a one-off session or a series
